New Delhi, Feb 24 (IANS) After the critically acclaimed 'Dharm', Bhavna Talwar filmmaker is ready with his second film "Oscar", and praised the veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor isall. She said, "perfectionist" was the right choice for his second film too.
"The ISA perfectionist and very attached to his profession. A valiant withwhom like to work again and again. It changed my perception across the industry. After working with him, my expectations of other actors in the industry grew, Talwar, who teams up with Pankaj in his first film, told IANS.
Besides playing the lead role, Pankaj wrote the screenplay too.
"Pankaj-ji had written this script a long time. When he showed me the script, I loved it. So nothing happened. Then one day I just went to him and told him that I would be happy to make a film on the manuscript, and he agreed. So it was just the right person to "Oscar", "the director said.
The National Award winning 'Dharm', their first film together, was created from the holy city of Varanasi and was a touching tale of religious harmony. Pankaj had distinguished himself in the role of a Brahmin priest corpulent in the film.
